No information on how to authenticate a Dolt SQL Server to clone/push private databases #1481

Docs and examples only show successful CALL DOLT_PUSH() and CALL DOLT_CLONE() commands, but to use that with private databases the server needs authentication. Docs don't mention this at all, or show how to do this.
