Named anchors aren't working correctly with Firefox #1503

If you navigate to a link with a named anchor in Firefox, for example docs.dolthub.com/sql-reference/version-control/dolt-system-tables#dolt_diff, the title of the system table is not visible, which is confusing and makes the user think the link is broken or something:
