Skipped tests here: https://github.com/dolthub/doltgresql/blob/main/testing/go/dolt_tables_test.go#L112

The query used in the view definition needs to use double quotes instead of backticks. Also looks like there is an issue with the subquery but haven't looked into that very deeply
