This is unlikely to get prioritized unless we get a paying customer who needs it. It's a lot of work both from a product standpoint and an engineering standpoint. Priorities could change but just warning you :-)

I would love to see this at some point in the future. Setting up SMTP is a bit of a pain especially if I already have an identity provider working for all my other services. OIDC would be really awesome! I understand the engineering resources issue though.
