Warning Message: Plugin LoginOIDC is not compatible with the Matomo Version installed

Hello

We are trying to install/activate the LoginOIDC Plugin on our Matomo Container Web App. We tried already on different Matomo Versions, 4.13.3, 4.13.1, 4.12.0 and 4.10.1.

The Plugin is set up correctly in the config.ini.php
PluginsInstalled[ ] = "LoginOIDC"
Plugins[ ] = "LoginOIDC"

Unfortunatelly, we always get the Warning Message that the Plugin LoginOIDC is not compatible with the Matomo Version installed.

In the Plugin Requirements it is written that it works with this Matomo Versions.

Why do we get this error message? Why can we not activate/configure the Plugin?
