Add search results feedback mechanism

Some search results are better than others. Let's add a mechanism of some sort to enable users to report when they get search results that don't seem appropriate.

As an example, here's a suboptimal result (from this search) reported by a dora.community member:

This can be done simply, by adding something to https://dora.dev/contact (which is linked from the search results)
