OutOfMemoryException Error when merging ExcelDataReader

Hi,
In my solution I am using the ExcelDataRedaer.DataSet
When trying to ILMerge it,
I get the following exception:
"ILMerge.Merge:There were errors reported in ExcelDataReader.DataSet's metadata.Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown"

Where might I find a copy of that assembly to look at? Can you run "peverify" (in a Visual Studio Command Prompt, e.g.) on it and post the results? Sorry for the problem!
