Double ACK

Hi and thanks for a great product - love the simple fluency and
well seggregated namespacing. One thing that bothers me is a
effeciency aspect first pointed out by Steve Cope - that mqtt commands
may get acks on both tcp and mqtt, a protocol feature signaling
improvements to be done - what are your thoughts of this?
