Azure DevOps Pipelines test reporting shows incorrect test parameters

Notice how the title still refers to "3.1 - focal". We have not shipped that image in a very long time. And the tests are definitely not running on that image. So something in Azure DevOps (or our .trx output?) may be misconfigured when it comes to reading our test parameters.
