Term based dates

Something that could be a nice feature potentially and would also mean rollover would be easier is the ability to set term start and end dates and then pick due dates by saying the week number of term and the day of that week, and then the date would be automatically assigned based on whatever term it is etc. It means you wouldn't constantly be playing around and modifying dates and it is a lot easier to think in terms of the term weeks than specific dates.

Agreed - and this is already there if you use the Teaching Periods. When you roll a unit over into a new teaching period it automatically updates the dates based on the new teaching period and any breaks that exist within that period.

Just jumping in - Sasha knows about the rollover but is just pointing out that she wants the due date pickers to say week # day # rather than date. I agree with this

Date displays that include both calendar & week # date. Date entries that allow for either.
