Stats bar under Student Portfolio is often incorrect

The visualised Stats bar under the Student Portfolios view is often incorrect, and does not reflect what tasks have been submitted by the student. E.g. it might show a 100% (with a grey background), but the student has a mix of task statuses, or may have submitted all P tasks as Complete.
