Surreal doesn't recognize my directory. #110

Hi, surreal doesn't recognize my directory. Attached is the file list.

Those seem like files from an Unreal installer.

SurrealEngine only recognizes installed games. It cannot install them.

OK, so I install the game, then use the installed directory. I will try this.

The SETUP.EXE file and _isauto.exe file crashes under wine.

It seems I am unable to continue.

I tried extracting with unshield and 7z and having a job extracting the data1.cab archive. Might be that my CD is scratched/broken. I will try it perhaps on a XP machine if I get time to see if the problem persists.

same here, I have installed the game from an old CD of the GAME OF THE YEAR edition and Surreal does not recognize the folders; the version of the game is 432

That one is due to the detection code only having SHA1 sums of UT versions 436 and above.
