Hi,

In AlphaFold you have a the possibility to provide a template (or decoy) protein structure, this way skipping the MSA search, leading to faster predictions. Is this with Uni-Fold also possible, or planned to be implemented? It would be of great use in some applications.

Hi @babaid, we are now testing the stability of supporting customized PDB templates. Hopefully will release in 2 weeks. Additionally, if you would like to skip or accelerate the MSA searching part, I would recommend you use the Uni-Fold notebook, which uses the MMseqs API and does the search in <5min generally.

Thanks, that sounds really good, and I am also already using the notebook. Keep up the good work!
