Add sub-menus to Drastic.Tray package #6

At the moment, it's not possible to create sub menu items in the tray icon.
Adding sub menu items would be really useful in my eyes.

Windows could maybe use the ToolStripDropDownButton from the NotifyIcon and the ContextMenuStrip.

I haven't looked into MacOS and Maccatalyst yet, but I'm sure it'll be possible to add it there too.
