he I want start a discussion what thinks we need and want we can implement before we make a BC break

without BC break:

• automatic tests (travis ci)
• code coverage (coveralls)
• autoloading over composer
• phpunit upgrade

need BC break:

• namespaces (psr0)
• psr1 (basic coding standard)

possible for both:

• better adapter logic (curl / socket)
• psr2 (code style standard)

please write me your ideas I will update the wanted list

Is there a timeline on when 2.0 will be released? I'm just curious, I don't see anything about it elsewhere.

I think phpunit upgrade, autoloading over composer, and namespaces are the most important issues. psr1/2 is nice but not important. same with coveralls and travis ci but that's just my opinion.

Not a timeline, but we have some milestones. Before we release 2.0 we will add anything without BC-Break.

I made that Fork to add the old support level. I hope dready92 will join this org, if he has more time.
