new build dirs

should be something like:

            sign.blend (multiple objs ok)

        env.blend (links the model/env files)

        wood_dif.png

        env_edit.blend (split materials, etc)
        (maybe env_edit needs to be in sections too)

            in regions, LOD, etc

            some babylon format?

            many res, quality

and maybe move bjs render into a system too
