DSC_PrintManagement: New resource proposal

Description

The DSC_PrintManagement resource would manage printer drivers, shared printer creation and mapping, and local printer installation. This resource would initially replace the printer deployment management functionality provided by Group Policy.

Hi @dave-boulet - this sounds like a great resource, or set of resources.

I'm thinking that as this may be a set of printer related resources, then it might worth putting them into their own resource module instead of ComputerManagementDsc? Perhaps PrinterManagementDsc?

What does the community think?

Thanks for the response @PlagueHO

I'm not sure if the activity of installing a printer onto a client device would need to be moved to another DSC module. It is still manipulating and managing a Computer. Maybe print server resources would be best in the separate PrinterManagementDSC module.
