When switching the coordinate system from polar to cartesian, it must be clear which coordinate is which.
The definition of the polar angles is adapted from Elzo et al. and we might stick to the cartesian system as defined by Stepanov.
For now, the sketch in the User Guide shows a different orientation, most importantly with z pointing upwards.
At the end everything must be consistent!
