Not sure whether I'm just using it incorrectly, but does this addon support the use of a manifest file? I seem to be uploading all my assets each time. Most of these assets are images and are not changing between deployments

It does not support a manifest file - I wanted to integrate something like that earlier on, but didn't get around to doing so. PR welcome :)
