Feature request: parse email fields into their discrete parts

It would make webhooks a lot easier to work with and much more powerful if email addresses, wherever they appear (from, to, etc.) could be parsed into their discrete parts. For example, if we could get something like "to_address=[email protected] to_name=First Employee to=First Employee [email protected]" instead of only getting "to=First Employee [email protected]", that would help tremendously.
