Support dynamic block enabling in status bar

With my current i3blocks config, the enabled blocks are hard-coded and all attached screens will show all the same blocks, regardless if they can even all fit on the screen. There should be logic added to the config or to i3blocks itself to ensure that certain blocks will be disabled if they cannot fit in the statusbar.
