Description
When we delete a workspace we also want to scrub tracker data.
I decided on hardDelete = true, mostly because I'm not sure when we want to soft delete or not and I figured out it was ok to really delete since this data is only useful at the moment it's generated and sent but then gets obsolete.
I'll use soft delete to delete a tracker in the UI
