Implement OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Flow with PKCE so that Leap users can authorize Ocean to access LeapAPI on their behalf.

In other words, implement "login to Leap from Ocean flow" so that Ocean can programmatically fetch:

  • Leap API token
  • SAPI projects
  • SAPI tokens
