BASC-py4chan: Successor to Edgeworth's Original #8

4chan has migrated to 4cdn.org for images, api. and thumbnails, so the old links are now unusable and need to be updated.

Since Edgeworth seems to be totally MIA, and his py-4chan version is broken; the py-4chan devs have come together to start a new standard codebase:

BASC-py4chan. It is designed to be compatible with both python 2.x/3.x at the same time! (yes, it's possible)

I've been consolidating all the fixes from the community into there, and uploading it to the PyPi package.

Just install them from PyPi, or grab them from the Github links above.
