插件能力, 界面

功能描述

既然都做的一样了，何不把tachiyomi那样插件仓库自定义添加，给个插件源，刚开始用找了几分钟才找到源（官网也不放插件源，找了一会才找到，至少在参考或github那边放一个链接）。
而且用搜索找到的番添加到追番界面后，再次回到番源查看相同番名却没显示“已追番”。

图1通过搜索找到番后添加追番，图2在添加已追番后在同一源中却没有“已追番”标志

关于插件库相关的建议，纯纯看番不会分发内容相关的插件、不会仿照Mihon（原Tachiyomi）进行设计，且在今后也没有相关的计划。

关于首页不显示追番的标签的问题，将在下一版本进行修复，请耐心等待。

能不能再全屏播放时，在电池左侧或右侧加上时间，不然每次都要下滑通知栏看时间
