i-See do I need it?

I have i-See enabled and I am not sure if I need to or if its even helping. I am not using the away detection and I have a remote temp sensor setup. I don't use the direct or indirect mode either.

What benefits would it be providing?

Well its disabled in this picture so I can test if it makes a difference, but all the settings are the same in other rooms with i-See enabled.
