Refactor dsp transform modules

Feature Request

We should have set of dsp-*-transform for each versions. But if the message serialization/deserialization didn't change
we should foster reusability between protocol versions.

Which Areas Would Be Affected?

e.g., DPF, CI, build, transfer, etc.

Why Is the Feature Desired?

Are there any requirements?
