Theia keyboard shortcuts not working - consider keyboard dispatch setting

If common keyboard shortcuts are not working, e.g. Ctrl+Z for undo, it can be the case that they keyboard layout does not match the default english one.
The Theia keyboard dispatch setting ensures, that keypresses are interpreted by the 'keyCode' provided by the OS.
Therefore, with this setting Ctrl+Z should work correctly independently from your layout.
