i looked into this problem a little and it seems to be an issue with your DevEco device tool extension not reloading correctly. Other webviews seem to be work fine when moving. can't say anything for certain since i still havn't been able to look at your code but it seems like your webview is using an iframe internally (while allready running in a iframe like all webviews do). And this internal iframe seems to not be updated with the correct src attribute when moving/reloading.
