MQTT Spy crashes on losing focus #73

I'm really tired of MQTT Spy. It crashes every time it loses focus in macOS. All versions including 0.5.4, 1.0.0, 1.0.1-beta 18.

macOS Mojave 10.14.1 (18B75)
Java 8 Update 191

Steps to reproduce:

Open a "Connection list"
Change focus to any other window
