It should be possible for a specifier to indicate that a tool should display some impact analysis before the execution of the tool. For a first version, this analysis could simply list the number of elements created, modified, deleted and nothing more. It will be improve over time using other issues.

This feature should not be thought as exclusively made for diagrams, it will be requested as soon as possible for other representations such as tables, forms, trees, etc
