Removed Iteration View and Iterstion option for all Issues on the "Release Planning Board"

Hi all,

had a little converstion with @stephanbcbauer and agreed on the point that the "Iteration View" is a bit overwelming on the Release Planning board itself so deleted it, and every team who wants to use Iterations can do it on their own product / team related GitHub projects boards.
