Describe the bug

in uischema,rule.effect: RuleEffect.HIDE,the element not rendered,but the element occupy the space, resulting in a blank area

Expected behavior

when the element not rendered,the element should not take up space, leading to a blank area.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

v3.4.0

Package

Vue Vuetify Renderers

Additional context

i guess the element is not rendered. but the Col component rendered and occupy the space.

Hi @WJjack , thank you for the report :)

As explained in this comment #2369 (comment) , it is on purpose that an empty place is shown by the default renderers to avoid layout shifts.
Any discussion on this should be done in the linked issue. Thus, I close this.
