Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Using historical data requires manually downloading the data outside of anemoi-inference and adds unneccessary burden to the user.

Describe the solution you'd like

A CDS Input option should allow for a user to specify which datasets to use, and automatically retrieve the data for input to the model.
