Avoiding identification of symptoms expressed in the text following a negative term. For example, “The spleen tip was palpable despite absence of adenopathy”. Adenopathy was tagged as a symptom in this diagnosis.

Another example of this issue:

Negative symptoms: “but neither lymphangitis, lymphadenopathy, fever, nor any other pathology was found”. All of these symptoms identified, despite the negative context
