How to install qtcam on raspberry pi

I just started a project that uses See3CAM_CU51 that requires QtCam to open. I need to open it on a raspberry pi. However, I cannot use apt-add-repository on a raspberry pi. May I ask how I can install qtcam from the source code.

We did not give support for Qtcam in Raspberry pi yet.
Can you please give the following details to dig more.

1. Which ubuntu version is running in board?
2. What is the arm architecture is in board.
   please run the below command
   $dpkg --print-architecture
