Use simplified languages response from cache.predictivetext.studio #300

The only thing we're using from https://cache.predictivetext.studio/cached-keyman-api.json is the languages array.

Instead of downloading ALL of that, use https://cache.predictivetext.studio/cached-language.json which only contains the languages array.

This is in an attempt to fix cy.wait() issues!
