We need to redesign the editor UI to accommodate for:

New "SQL" tab
"Builder" tab being currently hard to discover
"History" button being hard to see
"Run" button being in a weird spot
Adding horizontal split functionality as SQL results can (and will) have very wide tables, hard to navigate with the current vertical split.

Here's a mockup of the new proposed layout:
