Hi, when you start the app the first time with 2 monitors, it should show a number in each one (1 and 2) and show a dialog to allow you choose which one will be use to run the game. In menu Settings there's a option to 'change default game monitor', to let you to choose game monitor after restart the app.
Did you see the dialog to Choose monitor?
Hello, yes, I did see the prompt. The main issue is that when I go into
arena it is not updating the cards. It will show the first three, but not
the second three, as shown in the screenshot.

This problem can happens if screen click detection could not be loaded for some reason. Unfortunately only restarting app to try again..
If it always don't update between picks, so the problem would be with pick number detection

If you notice, the 3 recommendations are for the previous 3 cards, and not the current 3.
Note: I do have two monitors, but I think the latest version is suppose to be able to support it.
I do have it set to a recommended resolution. (1920 x 1080)
It pulled up the first set of cards fine, but when it pulled the next set, it did not update (note: I started the program mid-draft)
