The Go to page function relies on authored pagebreak which may or may not be related to a printed version of the book. This is a recurrent and long discussion as authoring guidelines provide flexibility for content creators, and we cannot use known elements as dc:source being confident that it is the source for page breaks.
Therefore, we have a safe way to provide page break source identification.
For now, documentation will provide that information:
