one app with target and outcome cohorts

@anthonysena what do you think of an app with, in line with the cohort diagnostics layout

• Tab 1 Introduction/ Background- with brief description, where we link to the github repo, etc
• Tab 2 Target cohort counts -i.e. current cohort counts for target cohorts
• Tab 3 Outcome cohort counts - i.e current outcome counts for outcome cohorts (I think we also need to think how best to link these cohorts to the target cohorts, at the moment the naming is fine but I'm think with other applications where there are more target cohorts it could get confusing....)
• Tab 4 Cohort characterization - with ability to choose either a target or outcome cohort
• Tab 5 Compare cohort characterization - with ability to choose either target or outcome cohorts
• And then any other tabs (e.g. time distribution) would only be available for the target cohorts
