I want to develop procedures for troubleshooting/asking for help

Goals

Guided way to help folks begin to work through their issues
Dedicated spaces for error messages for later review
De-duplicate work as much as possible. Ideally would be good to have a way for folks to look up past resolutions

Ideas

Issue template as a form for folks to fill out
Docs on troubleshooting
