Description

CLI usage page and Service usage page contains broken links to the markdown file statusCodes.md .

Motivation

There shouldn't be any broken links in the documentation.

Exemplification

statusCodes.md has been moved out from usage/ directory and the links should be updated accordingly.

Benefits

Improved documentation.

Possible Drawbacks

None.
