I have experience in web development and working with JS libraries, so I know to program. However, coming to this project, I have no idea how to get started with compiling/running this project. I am looking for info on

1. Which IDE to use (VS Code/ VS Community?)
2. How to load/resolve any dependencies, etc
3. How to run the app and see it in action?
