Does one exist? It really would be nice if this script could inherit a-b loop points and support hardware encoding.

I have tried this approach before, but a-b loop points are annoying because it's very unpractical to move them around once set, and they constantly mess with your playback position.
As for hardware encoding, that's already supported with NVENC.
