Timer entities

I am missing an entity that shows the status of the hob or oven timer: Remaining time and 0 = expired. "number.siemens_ex601jyw1e_xxxxxxxxx_bsh_common_setting_alarmclock" only returns the preset value and then 0 with a long delay.
I would like to play back the timer signal of the cooking appliances via HA in remote parts of the house.
Could this still be integrated? Or is it still possible and I have overlooked it?
