Plugin not working with commonjs's dynamicRequireTargets #4

As shown here, when I add the dynamicRequireTargets option from @rollup/plugin-commonjs's plugin, bundle fails. Otherwise (without dynamicRequireTargets), bundle correctly preserves shebangs.

Is there a way to solve this?
