Packetbeat dashboards not loading for Windows under discover tab on 7.17.24

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

VERSION: 7.17.24 BC1
BUILD: 47676
COMMIT: 4fb3ec3c959e4c569aca4674243a2ecba9d973a7

Steps to reproduce

• Install the packetbeat 7.17.24 on windows os
• Observed that setup and service start did not return any error while installation
• However no data for packetbeat is showing under discover

Current Result
Packetbeat dashboard not showing under discover for windows

Expected Result
Packetbeat data should show up under security solution discover

Does this happen with Filebeat or Metricbeat, or just Packetbeat?

We have validated this ticket for multiple beats and all other beats come up correctly with the dashboards and data ingested to the same.
Please find below the testing details:
