Describe the bug: Absolute date picker does not work when pasting ISO 6801 timestamp

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open date picker
  2. Click absolute time
  3. Paste an ISO 6801 timestamp into the start date field
  4. Observe the date is parsed correctly, but does not replace the string pasted so ultimately the field becomes invalid
  5. Example: 2025-01-10T16:14:35+00:00 becomes Jan 10, 2025 @ 10:14:35.0002025-01-10T16:14:35+00:00

Expected behavior:
I expect if the date is parsed correctly, the field should set itself to the absolute date pasted and replace what was pasted with a date in the kibana-preferred format.
