Can we apply rules on dynamically created fields??

Hi,

I am busy creating a from which has 7 steps, on the basis of selection from step 1 the fields are created dynamically for step 7.. it's a set of radio buttons, don't know how to put different ID's on each radio button and also I want the form to create more dynamic fields on step 7 as per the selection.

If I am clear please let me know if it's possible.
